Thrive in Network Marketing using Social Applications

Ask yourself this question several times over before getting into the network marketing venture you will eventually choose – “Why am I getting into network marketing?”

Unless and until that still small voice inside you says that you are getting into it
for making money, you are not going to get a good start.

Think about it.

Your network marketing venture is special because you are in this for the pure and sole reason of promoting a brand, either it’s yours or someone else’s.

Recognition>>Reputation>>Sales>>$$$

Every business uses a well conducted marketing strategy. No busines thinks of making money at firs,it might be their goal but not the first.

Brand recognition is the first step, let people know your business and what it’s about. You know Coca-Cola when you see it right?

Next, know your reputation goes hand-in-hand with your brand, when you buy a good, branded pair of shoes you know the company has earned their recognition through quality.

Make this your utmost intention.

In the 21st century, with a high level of competitiveness all around, this point has become more poignant than ever.

Professionalism over few quick bucks will take you much further than you think.

Here is the mindset that you need to wor over to make sure you are landing with the right opportunity for yourself.

Think of Yourself as a Business-person

Whatever name your company might use– what you really need to know is that you are a businessperson, an entrepreneur.

This might be a small business now, but it has the potential to grow as much ahead as you can dream.

Wether it’s your business or another’s you’re in charge of taking it at the top, in your particular field.

So you first start by implementing a plan.

The first step a company needs is to gain brand recognition. A great way to get popular among thousands of other brands is by to start by either sharing content, run video-ads,viral marketing, create accounts on multiple social channels, create Facebook groups.

Your career should be identified by the results and excellence. Either way, make sure you’re promoting only quality content. Double-check it and improve/update where you have to.

When it comes to network marketing, things might not flow as you expect. Without a proven strategy your efforts won’t get you to far.

There are many ways to go about advertising a brand’s content.

Before you start, answer these questions while I’ll write down some apps(with free versions) that can help you even if you’re a complete beginner, first you need to determine the best answers about your content so let’s start:

  1. What is the problem that my product/servive solves?-your best answer, you can come up with 2-5 answers, that’s fine!
  2. Which is the biggest need on the market related to my product/service?-you can research Google Trends or other online sources-don’t try to guess here.
  3. Which is the easiest way my product/service could be used?-write down 2-3 answers about the seamless use of your product and squeeze those answers it in a few sentences.
  4. How is my product making someone else’s life easier? Why would thet buy?again-note 2-3 answers mentioning the reason why people would want to buy your product. And why should they buy from you.

Now look at your answers and diversify, use these answers to create few simple texts you could turn into short posts. Showcase your product’s benefits. Tell “what it’s in it for them”,with images or a short video.

In my research over the past 7 years,I have noticed most website’s add their own explanatory videos in their site’s homepage. This is a “work smart not hard” move.

You could create and promote a short video about your product’s advantages, and ease of use and add it to your website’s first page.

In the meantime, if the company you work for does not offer quality products or services. You might not want to be a part of it.

If it’s your goal to become great marketer, a recognized brand,a recommended business, that only happens if what your selling and promoting is useful and qualitative-you woud buy it too.

Remeber…

The company needs you more than you need it when you’re good in your field.

They say that “commercial is the soul of every business”-and that’s true. No brand ever gained popuarity and recognition without viral advertising.

Go with the Right Company or Start your Own

If a start up isn’t possible, here’s what you want to know before you start promoting another’s brand.

In order to ensure that you get the into the right  company, these are the important things that you need to check out:

→ What is their reputation? Do they have a great track record?

→ Are they permanent? It is a very good idea to check their history. If they are a long-standing company, you could almost bank on it.

→ Are they dynamic? You need a company that doesn’t mind planning out ,implementing new ideas and innovate. You aready know that in the 21st century, things are moving fast – too fast actually – and some companies that do not improve their services an products, remain stuck in the mud and won’t do much for you or help you grow your  skill.

→ Check their vision out. What do they plan to achieve in the next year? In the next five years? Can you see yourself growing with this company?

→ Is there a real need for their product on the market? A lot of your judgment should depend on what product they are selling. Indeed, if the product is good and in demand, you have a better chance of evolving with the company.

If a company is already thriving, don’t jump out on knowledge, learn gradually and make sure you know the steps otherwise you will get confused and miss important aspects in your field.

But if you already do have experience and want to perfect your skill, don’t be your own enemy on evolving too fast!

You may get in the way of making yourself as a high-paid entrepreneur. You need to train yourself to an extent in getting those nice paychecks.

Simple Network Marketing Plans Explained and Social Applications

When you join in with a diferent company, you may find yourself working along with a team .

These are the people who are already know the business’s main requirements.

It is vital that your colleagues are supportive of you in your strategies.

Don’t be afraid to ask for advice, a well-trained group should appreciate your will to learn and improve.

They have to guide you through and be supportive with all of your efforts in developing an effective plan. An experienced team is very important in helping you grow your own skill.

One of the things that you need to check out in your new squad is whether they are supportive of new ideas

This can actually be checked by you at the initial stages itself when they are getting to know your abilities.

First, listen and understand what they say and then add a suggestion or an idea that you have and watch their reaction.

This way you will understand how their team-dynamic is.

Once you have their answers, you will know whether these people will be a good match for future successful collaborations or not.

Besides that, here are some things that you have to feel out before you join a network marketing team.

How Should a Team Support You?

Let’s continue pretending you will start working with the new company and you’re “the new guy”.

It is very important that their support is speedy. If it isn’t, you might just lose track out on both your learning process and plan’s effectiveness.

Be comunicative and share with your team, why and how your plan could work.

Show them what system you could use to advertise a product in a  such a way that wil greatly expose all the user’s benefits.

If a company’s team aren’t supportive of you , it could be an obstacle in bringing new people or ideas on the growth plan. It is only then your team as a whole can provide capable support that the company might grow in sales and expand.

How Ipmortant is Being Extroverted in this Field?

As much as possible, avoid close-knit groups.

Such people have a heightened impression about themselves but it could be very regressive being with them.

The reason for that is such groups get cloistered and don’t make too much progress.

They remain cocooned within the same networks, which is again the opposite of the whole concept of network marketing…

Simple Network Marketing Plans Explained and Social ApplicationsIf you are into network marketing(there’s the Tony Robbins’s Complete Guide).

Mabye you’ve heard about Tony R, he is a great entrepreneur that coaches thousands of people worldwide on how to personally develop themselves and their businesses. This is why I’m sharing he’s post link here with you.

One of the most important things for you to do before going ahead with a network marketing venture with your team is to find out what kind of compensation plan the company offers.

Learning about compensation plans

There are several compensation plans actually, i’ll give some examples of compesation plans below, so you can have a better understanding of  how they work.

A few of these plans are quite simple, but then there are some complicated plans too, which might take some researching on your part.

It is absolutely vital that you understand your compensation plan because this is what most people will use when they have to decide whether they want to join a marketing team or not.

Maybe you want to explain compensation plans to other people.

Single and Multilevel Compensation Plans

These are the first two that you will learn about.

Let’s take these one-by-one…

Single Compensation Plans

Simple Network Marketing Plans Explained and Social Applications

Most of the businesses of the world work on this premise.

Allow me to simplify it for you…

You buy something from a seller and you pay the seller the price for it. Now, the seller could be an affiliate,a salesperson or a dropshipper.

So the price you are actually paying the seller for the product is a commission.

In this model, there is just one level – the seller. Hence, this is a single compensation plan.

However ,this model does not benefit the seller much; it is the manufacturer who keeps the bulk of the payment.

Multilevel Compensation Plans

Each one is trying to sell a product. Here, the company that manufactures the item will eventually get the price of the item, but there will be a lot of reduction in what the consumer actually pays.

The reason is that there will be a lot of commissions paid out to the people in the network that are interested in marketing the item.

Every company has their own rules regarding how many upline members must earn their commissions on a particular sale.

Simple Network Marketing Plans Explained and Social Applications

Now, these are the aspects you need to bear in mind when you are looking at the compensation plans of your network marketing jurney:

1. Search around. Some companies pay more than others. Don’t take-up the first opportunity that comes your way.

2. Multilevel plans are better than single compensation plans because the commissions can have a better snowballing effect from the sponsors, being promoted by more mareketers and marketing teams.

3. There are two types of scenarios here – Some plans pay more commission to people immediately while other members will get a lesser commission.

The second scenario is: when some plans to pay more to people who build their own networks, in which the company will make an almost assured profit.

Make sure you see which scenario applies to your network marketing goal.

There are other types of network marketing plans within the multilevel framework

Let’s add few details for each.

Simple Network Marketing Plans Explained and Social Applications

Unilevel Plans

These have the highest commission for the first level and the commission decreases reducing for every subsequent down level.

However, the plan has no restriction on how many people earn commissions within the first level.

This plan can be best described by – unlimited width, limited depth.

Stairstep Plans

Simple Network Marketing Plans Explained and Social Applications

There is a ranking system here.

The level that gets the best rank gets the best commissions. The ranking measurement applies  only for the members in the first level.

The other members also get their commissions, but they are significantly lower.

Binary Plans

These type of plans are quite simple and uncomplicated.

Each member is supposed to have just two other members below them, just to give you an example, mostly MLM businesses use this type of plans, whereas you need to be active and subscribe people below you so that you can be eligible for earning,as you scale by introducing new active users, you earn more.

So these are the network marketing plans in a nutshell!

I tried it and liked it. Probably because it is easy to manage, you just add the posts, set up the date and time, then add it to the query.Do this few times a week and you’will never need social media expensive tools.

Next is Social Pilotdesigned and developed especially for small businesses and agencies. It is a tool that streamlines your social media management processes, from scheduling and publishing your posts to coming up , plus in-depth analytics, guiding you on what can be done better to improve your overall strategy.

Next there’s Apphi’s . Another excellent alternative to Buffer, whose main focus lies in scheduling posts and converting followers into customers through Instagram.

The third app on my list is LoomlyAnother great social media publishing tool that provides you with ideas to optimize content for your marketing strategy based on trending topics and social media best practices.

Later focuses on Instagram content sharing and their key features are:

  • Visual Instagram Planner
  • Unlimited media
  • Instagram analytics
  • Hashtag suggestions
  • Instagram Stories Scheduling

These are my most used apps for sharing content.

Bottom line there are many you can use, but can be overwhelming at the same time.

Stay focused on your goal and don’t be afraid to test,it’s part of your marketing journey.

Here’s what I would do, I would work on my product’s content, make it worth reading/watching, then share it with my visitors or create specific-audience ads for my social accounts. I create ads and run them for at leat 10 days to get a good metrics view on performance. I wouldn’t do to much A/B testing for it’s not always sure about the results, meaning a low performance ad would perform pretty well on other social platforms.

So I make sure the content is great, upfront.

These days, the online enviroment is tricky, therefore the book I share for free, uncovers the most dangerous, hidden traps of today’s marketing, saving you time and not only.

You will boost your online advertising confidence and mabye change your marketing plans.
